Natalya Constantinou

Founder & Lead Chiropractor

Natalya is the founder and lead chiropractor at Synergy Body & Spine Clinic. She holds a Master of Chiropractic (MChiro) and a Bachelor of Medical Science (BMedSc), reflecting her deep commitment to evidence-based healthcare.

Her philosophy centres on the brain-based approach to chiropractic care. Rather than simply treating the site of pain, Natalya focuses on the nervous system, the master controller of the body, to understand why pain has developed and how to resolve it at its root.

Every patient receives a thorough assessment that considers the whole person, not just the presenting complaint. From posture analysis to neurological testing, Natalya builds a detailed picture of how your body is functioning before creating a truly personalised care plan.

Her approach is gentle, thorough, and results-driven. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or seeking preventative wellness care, Natalya tailors her treatment to your unique needs.

Eglė Navickaitė

Doctor of Chiropractic

Eglė first discovered chiropractic after ongoing pain following road traffic accidents left her looking for something that could help her get back to moving and functioning normally. Experiencing chiropractic care from the patient's side sparked an interest that eventually led to a complete career change, and a Master's degree in Chiropractic from McTimoney College of Chiropractic.

Her approach is simple: understand what your body is doing, work out what may be getting in the way, and help you move better. She uses both McTimoney and Diversified techniques, adapting her approach depending on the person in front of her rather than treating everybody in exactly the same way.

Alongside clinical practice, Eglė teaches chiropractic technique at McTimoney College of Chiropractic, helping train the next generation of chiropractors. Teaching has strengthened what she values in practice: careful assessment, clinical reasoning, precision, and knowing when, how and when not to adjust.

She is particularly interested in how the whole body is moving and functioning rather than simply chasing the area that happens to hurt, because sometimes the painful bit isn't the most interesting bit. Her style is friendly, straightforward and reassuring. Expect explanations you can actually understand, treatment tailored to you, and probably the occasional terrible joke.

Eglė treats chiropractic patients and also delivers IDD Therapy.

Summer Coleman

Physiotherapist

Summer is a qualified physiotherapist with a strong interest in helping people move well and recover fully. She keeps active herself, largely through the gym, which shapes how she thinks about movement, strength and staying active long term. Alongside her physiotherapy qualification she is also qualified in sports massage, allowing her to bring a hands-on element to rehabilitation alongside exercise-based treatment.

Summer also carries out IDD Therapy assessments and treatment.

Stephanie Lau

Physiotherapist

Stephanie is an HCPC-registered physiotherapist with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from King's College London and a Level 3 qualification in sports massage.

She takes a friendly, patient-centred approach, looking beyond symptoms to understand how movement, posture, daily activities and lifestyle may be contributing to pain. She has a particular interest in musculoskeletal conditions including back and neck pain, sciatica, shoulder problems and sports injuries.

Her wider clinical experience includes neurological rehabilitation, respiratory care, women's health and rehabilitation for older adults, giving her a broad understanding of how different health conditions affect movement and function. Her treatments combine hands-on techniques such as sports massage and joint mobilisation with tailored exercise rehabilitation and self-management strategies.

Stephanie also carries out IDD Therapy assessments and treatment, and speaks Cantonese and Mandarin.

Our Philosophy

Brain-Based Chiropractic Care

Your brain and nervous system control every function in your body, from movement and sensation to healing and recovery. When the spine is misaligned or restricted, it can interfere with these vital nerve pathways, leading to pain, reduced mobility, and impaired function.

Brain-based chiropractic care focuses on restoring optimal communication between your brain and body. By identifying where nerve interference exists and using precise, gentle adjustments to correct it, we help your body function at its best.

This approach goes beyond symptom relief. While we absolutely address your pain, we also look at the bigger picture: how your nervous system is adapting, where your body is compensating, and what we can do to create lasting improvement rather than temporary fixes.

Techniques

How We Treat You

We combine a range of evidence-based techniques, selected specifically for each patient.

Diversified Technique

The most commonly used chiropractic technique, involving precise manual adjustments to restore proper movement and alignment to the spine. Quick, controlled, and highly effective.

McTimoney Chiropractic

A whole-body approach using swift, gentle, and precise adjustments. McTimoney is particularly well-suited for those who prefer a lighter touch: the adjustments are so gentle that many patients barely feel them, yet they are highly effective at realigning the body.

Instrument Adjusting

Using a spring-loaded tool to deliver gentle, targeted impulses to the spine. Ideal for patients who prefer an alternative to manual adjustments, including children and those with osteoporosis.

Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Release

Deep tissue work targeting muscles, fascia, and connective tissue to release tension, improve circulation, and complement spinal adjustments for more complete recovery.
